Is your operator part of the Telecom Advisors?

Being a collaboration partner with Telekområdgivarna shows that you are a responsible operator or supplier. It is a reassurance for you as a consumer, as we set high demands on those who want to be a partner with us.

Why is it good to have an operator who is our partner?

We provide guidance and create dialogue

We provide consumer rights guidance for all operators and suppliers in the market, but if your operator/supplier is with us, we can also contribute to a better dialogue.

Operators and suppliers who are with us, we also help to do the right thing. For example, we review their terms and conditions and conduct training in consumer rights and our code of conduct.

If you have a question, you can primarily look for information here on our website where there are answers to most things, including how to complain to your operator. If you do not find an answer, you can contact us.

We are impartial

We do not represent anyone, neither you as a consumer nor an operator/supplier. The guidance we provide is always based on laws and regulations and decisions by the National Board for Consumer Disputes.

We set high standards

We even place higher demands than current legislation on our cooperation partners through codes of conduct and we ensure that industry agreements on, for example, ethical sales methods are followed.

We are a neutral meeting place

We arrange meetings with various parties, such as operators/suppliers and authorities, when we identify problems in the market. Such meetings most often result in quick, joint solutions as we all pull in the same direction – Sweden’s best consumer market.
