Telecom Advisors offer advice to consumers. Questions about business subscriptions fall outside the Telecom Advisors’ mandate. The exception is complaints related to the Telecom Advisors’ code of conduct when selling to sole proprietorships.
Telecom Advisors provide impartial guidance on TV, telephony, and broadband, as well as guidance on fiber connections and handle complaints about mediated services on the mobile bill, premium rate services.
