How long can a number transfer take?

The number transfer should occur as soon as possible on the day you have agreed with your new operator for the number to be transferred. Once the number has been handed over from your previous operator, your new operator should connect the number within one business day. The service interruption in connection with the actual handover must therefore not exceed one business day.
