There may be an opportunity to agree on a different payment plan, subscription form, or the possibility to pause the agreement. If you have temporary financial problems, you might be able to ask for a deferment of payment. Avoid taking expensive quick loans to solve a temporary problem.
If you have more permanent problems with your finances and risk serious indebtedness, you have the right to seek help from the budget and debt counseling in your municipality.
