What does it take in order to be entitled to compensation?

The supplier has extensive responsibility for damages arising due to errors or delays in the fiber installation. However, it is important to point out that it is you as the consumer who must be able to demonstrate the economic damage you have suffered due to the error or delay. The compensation you believe you are entitled to must also be substantiated with, for example, receipts. You are also obliged to “limit your damage,” meaning actively trying to minimize your losses.

To calculate your damages, your financial situation should be compared to how it would have been if the supplier had not caused the error or delay and how it has become. The difference is what you can be compensated for.
