What happens if I don’t pay an invoice?

If you do not pay an invoice, it may mean that you receive a payment reminder or that the invoice goes to collections. According to the law on compensation for collection costs, a company has the right to add 60 kronor for a payment reminder and 180 kronor for collection costs. If you still do not pay, the matter may end up with the Enforcement Authority and then you will receive a payment order. The cost for a payment order is 300 kronor.

You may also be suspended or receive a payment remark if the claim is handed over to the Enforcement Authority in time.
