Frequently asked questions

I’ve bought a property and now the provider wants me to pay for the connection even though it was ordered by the previous owner. Do I have to pay?

The agreement for fiber installation is tied to the property. If the previous owner has not paid for the connection, and you have no agreement on who should pay, it is the owner of the property, you, who is liable for payment when the connection is completed and needs to be paid. Therefore, it is important to check such upcoming expenses with the seller/agent before you sign a purchase agreement.
