Frequently asked questions
I’m not getting the agreed wireless speed – is that a fault?
When you enter into an agreement for fixed broadband, it is important to know that the speed agreed upon is normally the speed you get if your computer is directly connected with a network cable. If you choose to use a wireless router and surf via wi-fi, your speed may be lower than the speed according to the agreement, and often the operator does not guarantee the speed when you surf wirelessly.
