Frequently asked questions

How long can the delivery time be?

There is no law that explicitly regulates how long you as a consumer can be bound by an order for the delivery of fiber connection, it is the agreement that governs this. According to the Consumer Agency, however, the delivery time should be at most 24 months from the conclusion of the agreement.

Therefore, check what the agreement says about delivery time and remember that you may have the right to cancel the connection. If the provider is delayed with the delivery, you may have the right to terminate the agreement and be entitled to compensation. An excessively long delivery/binding time can also be considered prohibited or unreasonable.
