Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel a service?

You can terminate a contract in several different ways. You can ask your operator how they prefer the termination to be done, but there are no legal requirements for the form in which a contract termination should occur. Contract terms that, for example, require written termination are considered unreasonable and are therefore not allowed.

If you have made a termination, it is valid regardless of whether the message is later distorted, delayed, or does not reach the operator. The operator bears the risk for the message, but keep in mind that you are responsible for ensuring that the operator understands the intent of your message. If the operator misunderstands your intent, it does not matter that you have sent a message to the operator correctly. Therefore, be clear about what you want to do. For example, the operator is not obliged to let you terminate your broadband if you have only notified that you want to terminate your telephony.
