Neutral meeting place

Telecom Advisors are unique in our role as a neutral meeting place. With us, representatives from the entire telecom market meet. We act as a facilitator for value-creating dialogue between industry and authority. Together, we can achieve a direct impact without it taking a long time. Among other things, we organize the Telecom Forum twice a year, where we discuss current topics together and invite experts in various fields.

Benefit through guidance

Telecom Advisors provide free guidance to consumers and sole proprietorships – help for self-help – and also serve as support for your customer service, which can ask questions or refer consumers to us for further guidance.

We do not represent either the consumer or the operator but always act impartially. This creates trust. That the Telecom Advisors provide an objective assessment in the consumer’s case makes it easier for the consumer to accept a decision that they would not be right if the case were taken further for legal review. We follow legislation and practice as well as decisions from ARN to constantly stay updated in the telecom field.

We are often asked to be spokespersons in the press, radio, and TV as experts in the field. We have a good reputation in the media, which means that our collaboration partners also benefit from this.
