Position-based power of attorney

A position-based power of attorney means that a person is authorized to represent someone else by virtue of a certain position or role, without the need for a specific power of attorney document each time. The position-based power of attorney is based on what is common or expected within the current position, and outsiders can therefore trust that the person has the right to act within the scope of their role.
