What happens if you don’t accept the contract in writing?

If you do not accept the offer in writing, the agreement is invalid. The same applies if your written approval is given during an ongoing conversation. If the agreement is invalid, you are not obliged to pay for goods and services that the operator nevertheless delivers or performs.
