Frequently asked questions

What happens if the contract is terminated?

If the agreement is terminated, the operator is not entitled to payment for the binding period, notice period, or any other cost for the service. However, the operator is entitled to charge for the part of the service you have used, known as a utility deduction.

If the agreement is terminated due to delivery delay, the operator is not entitled to payment for the binding period, notice period, or any other cost for the service. The operator must then also refund what you have paid for the service with interest from the day they received payment until the refund is made.
