What does a written contract mean?
By written agreements, we mean both agreements you sign by hand and those you sign digitally via email, SMS, or similar. In telemarketing, there is a written requirement.

Important! If you enter into a written agreement, you are responsible for reading through the entire agreement before signing. You are bound by the written agreement even if you misunderstand it or have not read the fine print.
If you receive verbal promises from the seller that are important to you, it is important to include them in the written agreement or get a written confirmation showing what you have been promised.
