Frequently asked questions

What can I do if I’ve been wrongly charged for calls or data usage?

If you believe a bill is incorrect, you should notify the operator as soon as possible. Our advice is also to ask the operator to conduct a technical investigation of your connection to determine if there has been an error in the company’s billing or invoicing system.

In previous cases, the operator has been proven right by referring to data from the billing system. It is very difficult for a consumer to prove that they have not made calls, sent texts, or surfed.

You can dispute the bill and file a complaint with the operator in the same way as with other types of errors.
