Frequently asked questions

How does it work to accept in writing?

If an agreement is to be made via telemarketing, they must send you a contract document. The agreement is then concluded when you accept this offer in writing.

If a contract is to be concluded as a result of the operator contacting you by phone, they must send a confirmation of their offer to you. The contract is then concluded when you accept this offer in writing. If you decline the offer already during the phone call, the operator should not send any confirmation to you.

The operator’s offer does not need to be sent on paper, you can also receive it via email, SMS, or similar. Your written approval can also be done electronically, for example by checking an option in an electronic document or replying “yes” to an SMS. Your approval should occur only after the call has ended.

Note! If you accept the offer in writing during the ongoing phone call, the contract is invalid. However, proving that it happened this way can be difficult afterwards.
