Information about the right of withdrawal should be provided in a clear and understandable manner that is adapted to how the agreement is made and may vary depending on how you entered into the agreement, via phone, internet, or temporary business premises.

Important! If you do not receive correct information, the withdrawal period does not start and is extended until you receive the information. However, it can be extended for up to a year after it would have expired if you had received correct information from the start. In a dispute, it is the operator who must be able to prove that you received correct information about the right of withdrawal.
