Frequently asked questions

How is the withdrawal period calculated?

The withdrawal period is 14 days and is counted from different times depending on whether you have entered into a service agreement or a goods agreement.

A subscription can usually be canceled within 14 days counted from the day after you entered into the agreement.

A product (for example, phone, computer, tablet) can be canceled within 14 days counted from the day after you received the product.

Note, however, that the withdrawal period does not begin until you have received correct information about the right of withdrawal according to law. The withdrawal period is extended in such cases until the information is provided and can be extended up to a year after it would have expired if the information had been provided correctly.

If the withdrawal period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the withdrawal period is extended to the next working day.
