How can I complain about a delayed delivery?

  • Contact the operator and inform them that the service has not been delivered.
  • If the operator cannot resolve the issue, and you know or suspect that the delay is not due to any condition on your part, you should send a written complaint to the operator

Important! A prerequisite for terminating the agreement or claiming damages due to the delivery delay is that you complain within a reasonable time after the service has been, or should have been, delivered.
