Frequently asked questions

Can I be bound without having ordered anything?

A seller must never deliver a service and demand payment for it during the marketing of a service if you have not explicitly ordered it. The seller must also not send invoices, payment notices, or similar for services you have not ordered, thereby misleading you about your payment obligation. For payment responsibility, it is therefore required that a binding agreement has indeed been entered into with the operator who can also prove this. If you have been incorrectly connected by a new operator without having entered into an agreement with them (so-called “slamming”), the operator may have committed negative contract binding, which is against the marketing law.
