The Price Information Act is about ensuring that consumers receive correct and clear price information. A company must provide price information including VAT and other taxes. The price information must be clear, correct, and provided in writing to the consumer or in another equivalent manner. The Consumer Agency is responsible for ensuring that the law is followed.
