Complaint

You inform the store/operator that there is something wrong with what you have purchased. You always have the right to complain about a defect within three years. If the store says that the warranty has expired and that you cannot complain, they may be wrong. Warranty and right to complain are different things. But not everyone knows that. The right to complain is included in the Consumer Purchase Act.
