BankID

BankID is an electronic identification used to identify oneself and sign agreements digitally. It is a secure and convenient way to handle matters with banks, authorities, and companies online.

If you are going to change your mobile phone, you need to install the BankID app on your new phone and activate a new BankID.

• Log in to your internet bank from a computer or another device where you already have BankID.
• Order a new BankID via your internet bank.
• Follow the instructions in your bank to download and activate BankID in the new app.

Please note that you should do this before you delete or reset your old phone, so that you can still use your old BankID to activate the new one.
