Frequently asked questions

What am I obliged to pay if I use my right of redrawal?

If you change your mind, you may be liable to compensate the operator for the costs below.

Started service

For example, if you have explicitly requested that the service be started during the withdrawal period, you may have to pay a proportional share of the price for the service that has been partially performed. If, for example, you start using the service during the withdrawal period, you may be required to compensate the company to some extent. The compensation amount should be reasonable and proportionate to the extent of the part of the service delivered up to the point you withdrew, compared to the price for the fully performed service according to the agreement. If the total price according to the agreement is unreasonably high, the compensation amount should be calculated based on the market value of what has been delivered. If the amount is not reasonable, it should be reduced.

Liability for compensation requires information

For you to be liable for compensation, the operator must have informed you of this. If you claim that you have not received this information, it is the operator who must prove that the information was provided.
