Frequently asked questions

Is the provider allowed to change the terms if I’m tied to a contract?

Contracts with a binding period mean that the agreement is valid for an agreed period.

A change in terms of a contract with a binding period is only allowed if the operator has provided a valid reason stated in the contract. However, if the operator changes the terms during the binding period without referring to a valid reason stated in the contract, it may be considered unreasonable.

If the operator changes the contract terms, you must also be informed of this at least one month before the change takes effect. You then also have the right to terminate the contract without additional cost within three months from the notification of the change. If the operator does not comply with what you agreed upon, you may be entitled to remedies due to the breach of contract, such as compensation for your additional costs.
