For TV broadcasts over the terrestrial network, you can check with Teracom. If there are no known operational disruptions, the operator can assist you with troubleshooting. Regarding hardware issues such as disruptions caused by your router, like Wi-Fi not working, you can either contact your operator if the hardware was provided by them or a service technician at, for example, an electronics store.
