In the year 2025, the Telecom Advisors received 6,371 cases, which is a decrease compared to the year 2024 (7,739). This is due to the fact that cases concerning so-called premium rate services have continued to decline.

  • Complaints – 70%
  • Questions or outside assignment – 30%

The latter has, for example, involved questions regarding TV disturbances or questions about what is happening regarding the shutdown of 2G/3G networks, when changing terms in agreements, as well as questions from housing associations or joint property associations, for example, regarding so-called group connections.

  • Eight minutes call time (seven)
  • Total approximately 30,000 contacts with consumers (36,000)
